Franco Villas is one of the better-located short-stay options in Kisumu — a three-bedroom apartment in a city that's grown significantly and still doesn't have enough quality furnished rentals to meet demand from NGO workers, UN staff on rotation from Nairobi, and travellers using the city as a base for Lake Victoria. Mosquito nets are standard and correctly present. Portable fans, WiFi, dedicated workspace, and a kitchen with a full refrigerator. For a group of three to six people staying a week or more, cooking and working from the apartment significantly reduces the day-to-day cost of a Kisumu posting. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, six guests maximum. Bed linens and extra pillows provided. Fire extinguisher on the premises.
