Furnished serviced apartments in Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Riverside in Nairobi, plus Milimani in Kisumu. Our Westlands apartments are roughly 15 minutes from the UN at Gigiri and from the CBD.

How do I pay, and is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb?

You book direct on shammyhomes.com and pay by M-Pesa, card, or Bitcoin in Kenyan shillings. There is no OTA service fee built into the rate the way there is on Airbnb or Booking.com, and a tax invoice is available on request for expense reimbursement.

Do you offer monthly or long-stay rates?

Yes. Rates start from KES 4,000 per night, with 10% off stays of 7+ nights and 15% off stays of 28+ nights. Long stays for UN and NGO postings, relocation and remote work are what we are built for.

Every apartment has smart-lock self check-in with a single-use code — no front desk and no key handover, so late airport arrivals are no problem. Diana, our concierge, and the local team are on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
